The Cayve a mythological detective story coming to kickstarter on September 15

Inspired by Persian/Zoroastrian myths and legends, The Cayve is a mythological detective story set in the modern world; where the Gods, ancient heroes and villains are all involved in our detective’s last case.

Coming to Kickstarter on September 15, in The Cayve, the modern world is this noire but yet modern setting where a totalitarian regime rules the country. The Cayve’s world is imagined as if the ancient Persia and its dynasties lived on to the modern world.

The Cayve’s world consists two worlds within itself. First is the reality and the modern world and the second one is the world of legends or the ancient beings. We will travel to the world of ancient beings in our 6 issue journey and discover its secrets together.

Synopsis of 1st issue

Inspired by Persian/Zoroastrian myths and  legends, The Cayve is a mythological detective story set in the modern  world; where the Gods, ancient heroes and villains are all involved in  our detective’s last case. Our protagonist Zal has failed to catch the  serial killer of his last case for 10 years. Where his wife was also  killed by the same killer, he’s been seeing dreams and nightmares for  years without knowing the meaning. Until the day he decides to trust his  visions, follow them and find out he’s been looking for the wrong  evidences all these years. His chase for the killer ends up in a  mysterious cave, an alive being which senses the people who enter and  notices their worthlessness.
